MPV Luxury Zeekr 009 Debut In Thailand, Present In Indonesia At The End Of 2024?
JAKARTA - A car manufacturer from China, Zeekr, officially launched the 009 luxury MPV for the Thai market after opening pre-orders since March 2024. This vehicle comes at a price of 3.9 million baht, equivalent to IDR 1.7 billion.
In an upload on his official Instagram account, @zeekrtha, Tuesday, September 24, Zeekr announced the launch with a message, "Starting a journey where luxury meets innovation, Zeekr 009 is ready to accompany your adventures."
Zeekr 009 which is marketed in Thailand is only available in one variant, namely Flagship AWD. This MPV is equipped with a dual electric motor with a total power of 612 PS (603 hp or 450 kW) and a torque of 693 Nm. The embedded 116 kWh NMC battery allows this car to cover a distance of up to 582 km according to WLTP testing. Not only that, acceleration from 0 to 100 km/hour can be achieved within 4.5 seconds, with a maximum speed of 230 km/hour.
For charging matters, Zeekr 009 supports dc fast charging of up to 310 kW, which allows charging from 10% to 80% in just 11.5 minutes. The company also advertises charging capabilities with "5C" technology, which shows how many times the battery can be charged in an hour.

The interior of the cabin offers extra comfort with a six-seat layout (2+2+2), including an executive seat powered in the second row. Other advanced features include a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, a 15.4-inch touch-screen, a 17-inch passenger rearscreen, head-up display, Yamaha surround sound system, electric sliding doors, a panoramic glass roof, and an electric backdoor. The car is also equipped with a series of advanced driver assistance systems.
For color choice, Zeekr 009 comes in three options: Crystal White with black interior, Electric Blue with black or gray/white interior, and Phantom Black with black or blue/white interior.
Zeekr also has plans to launch two models in Indonesia, one of which is Zeekr 009. The launch on the Indonesian automotive market is predicted to be carried out by the end of 2024 with specifications similar to the Thai version.
