The Order For Auction Management At The Semarang City Government Was Investigated By The KPK
JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) is investigating the order to arrange for the winner of the project auction at the Semarang City Government (Pemkot) from four civil servants (PNS). All witnesses fulfilled the summons on Friday, September 20.
"Witnesses were present, all investigators studied the order to arrange for the winner of the auction by the suspects," said KPK spokesman Tessa Mahardika in a written statement, Monday, September 23.
Tessa said the witnesses summoned had the initials IIP, SS, RS, and J. Meanwhile, based on information obtained, they were the Head of the Semarang City Disperkim Settlement Division, Irawan Ilham Prajamukti; Sub-Coordinator of the Semarang City BPBJ Electronic Procurement Service, Sidik Sumarsono; Sub-Coordinator for the Development and Advocacy of Procurement of Semarang City BPBJ, Rama Sandi; and former Head of the Semarang City BPBJ Section, Junaedi.
"The investigation was carried out at the Semarang Polrestabes," said the spokesman with the investigator's background.
The anti-corruption commission some time ago said that certain parties were suspected of regulating the procurement of goods and services. This figure is said to have been appointed by the state administrator who has been named a suspect.
This figure has not been detailed, but the KPK has examined the Chairman of the Semarang City Construction Implementation Association (Gapensi), Martono on Friday, August 2. At that time he was questioned about the arrangement of the allotment which allegedly led to direct appointment in the procurement process.
Previously reported, the KPK began investigating three alleged corruption crimes within the Semarang City Government (Pemkot). The details are the procurement of goods and services within the Semarang City Government in 2023-2024, the alleged extortion of civil servants related to incentives for collecting taxes and levies in the Semarang City area, as well as the alleged receipt of gratuities in 2023-2024.

Searches have been carried out in various locations such as in the cities of Semarang, Kudus, Salatiga, and others. From there, documents up to Rp1 billion and 9,650 euros were found as well as dozens of watches allegedly related to the case.
In this case, four people have been prevented from leaving the country for six months. They are Hevearita Gunaryanti Rahayu or Mbak Ita who is the Mayor of Semarang, Chairman of Commission D of the Central Java DPRD who is also the husband of Mbak Ita, Alwin Basri; Chairman of the Association of Indonesian National Construction Implementers (Gapensi) Semarang City, Martono; and Rahmat Djangkar who is a private party.
