Polda Metro Jaya Ensures 7 Teenagers Died Due To Jumping Into Bekasi River

The Directorate of General Criminal Investigation (Ditreskrimum) of the Metro Jaya Police confirmed that 7 teenagers who were found dead were floating in the Bekasi River, Jatirasa Village, Jatiasih District, Bekasi City, because they threw themselves or jumped.

"Indeed, the fact is the jump," said Director of General Criminal Investigation (Dirkrimum) Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Wira Satya Triputra to VOI at the Kramat Jati Police Hospital, East Jakarta, Sunday, September 22, evening.

However, Kombes Wira has not been able to explain in more detail the cause of the seven teenagers jumping into the Bekasi River before being found dead.

"As a result of our discussion, the results of the interim examination of the seven bodies did not find any open wounds on the seven bodies. There were no fractures in the movement equipment," he said.

Kombes Wira ensured that the details of the process of examining the seven bodies would be conveyed by the Health Center.

"If in more detail, later the Pusdokkes will carry out the examination," he said.
