Abirama Comeback After Four Years Through Single Titled "Going"

JAKARTA - Antonius Aninditya Abirama, better known as Abirama, launched a new single entitled 'Going'. This song was released under the auspices of the Pro-M music label.

Going away' is important on Abirama's musical journey. This song marks the return of the 31-year-old singer after the hiatus since the last release of the single Beside Me in September 2020.

This new single was written by Abirama himself, taking inspiration for personal experiences from what happened in his family.

"This song tells the relationship between my father and sister, where they have different visions," said Abirama in his statement, Sunday, September 22.

At that time, the younger brother, who wanted to continue his education for foreign schools, was against and arguing with his father who initially did not give permission.

But over time, his father finally understood and provided full support for his son to achieve the dream of continuing his education abroad.

Although the lyrics are based on a very personal experience, 'going' is presented to be able to still correlate with many people who experience the same thing.

The style of lyric writing based on personal experience is the most frequently used way Abirama, similar when writing past songs such as Feeling Comfortable, Smile Again, and Somewhere I Belong.

Along with the launch of the single 'Going', Abirama also introduced a new image that is more natural and mature in music. This song will be the material of the debut album which is planned to be introduced in early 2025.
