Sorong City KPU Calls 2024 Pilkada DPT A Total Of 205,412 People
The General Election Commission (KPU) of Sorong City, Southwest Papua has determined the 2024 Pilkada Permanent Voter List (DPT) in the region as many as 205,412 people.
The chairman of the Sorong City KPU, Baltasar Belthasar Berth Kambuaya, explained that of the 205,412 voters registered in Sorong City, 106,366 were male voters and 99,046 were female voters.
They are spread over 41 urban villages in 10 districts (districts) in Sorong City.
"The KPU of Sorong City stated that the DPT is valid and ready to participate in the 2024 Pilada," explained Kambuaya, ANTARA, Sunday, September 22.
The DPT in question, he said, had gone through a thorough verification result. Furthermore, the Sorong City KPU will attend the plenary meeting to determine the 2024 Pilkada DPT at the Southwest Papua Province level.

There are four prospective pairs who will register for the 2024 Pilkada at the KPU of Sorong City.
They consist of thedian Jitmau-Muhammad Said pair promoted by the Hanura, PDIP and the Democratic Party.
Then the CR Sagrim-Syaiful Maliki pair was carried by PKS, PKB and the Gerindra Party.
Furthermore, the Septinus Lobat-Anshar Karim pair was promoted by the Nasdem, PAN, Labor and PSI parties as well as the Petronela Kambuaya-Hermanto Suaib pair carried by the Golkar, PPP, Perindo and PPB parties.
