Bodies Of 7 Men Died In Bekasi River Still Dressed In Clean Clothes And Wearing Shoes

JAKARTA - Seven unidentified man's bodies who were found dead floating in Bekasi River, Bekasi City, West Java, are still wearing full clothes and wearing shoes.

The appearance of the victims looks neat. Even during the evacuation process carried out by the joint SAR team, the victims were still wearing full clothes.

"On average, black clothes and white shoes," said Fajar, one of the SAR volunteers who evacuated the victim, Sunday, September 22.

In plain view, he continued, he also did not see any sharp weapons scars on the bodies of the victims. However, he suspects that there was a collision from the river rocks because at the time of the incident the discovery of the conditions were receding.

"We didn't find any used weapons. Maybe it was a rock crash because the river was receding. The condition was already swollen in the head and body," he said.

Previously, it was reported that the joint SAR team was still conducting a sweep along the Bekasi River, Perum Nusa Indah, Jati Asih area, Bekasi City, West Java, Sunday, September 22, afternoon.

"The joint SAR team is still conducting a search again from the location of the incident (LKP) to the Kemang housing complex to ensure that there are no remaining victims," said Head of the Jakarta SAR Office as SAR Mission Coordinator (SMC) in the SAR operation, Desiana Kartika Bahari, Sunday, September 22.

Around 60 joint SAR officers are still conducting sweeps using rubber boats along the Bekasi River and sweeping riverbanks.
