The Discovery Of 7 Men's Bodies In The Bekasi River Begins When Residents Are Looking For Cats

The Bekasi Metro Police have taken seven bodies of men who were found floating in Jatiasih River, Bekasi City, to the Police Hospital, Keramat Jati, East Jakarta for an autopsy.

The police and BPBD have not yet recovered the presence of additional bodies suspected of being a group.

Tugimin, an RT at the scene, said that the discovery of the body began with a resident who was looking for a cat at around 08.45 WIB.

The discovery made residents around the location commotion. Until finally the police and the SAR Team came to the location to identify and evacuate.

One by one the bodies were then put into body bags during the evacuation. After being evacuated to the riverbanks, the 7 body bags were lined up on the banks of the river.

Previously, residents around Jatiasih, Bekasi City, were shocked by the discovery of 7 male bodies floating simultaneously in the Bekasi River, Jatiasih, Bekasi City, West Java, Sunday, September 22, morning.

A number of bodies whose identities and causes of death were not yet known were then evacuated by the Bekasi City Metro Police and the joint SAR Team. Residents also gathered to see the discovery of the many bodies.
