KPUPR Gets Additional Budget Of IDR 40.59 Trillion In 2024, IKN Build Allocation Of IDR 9.11 Trillion
JAKARTA - The Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) received an additional budget of IDR 40.59 trillion for 2025. This makes the KPUPR budget for 2025 reach IDR 116.23 trillion.
Of this amount, as much as Rp9.11 trillion will be allocated for the construction of the capital city of Nusantara (IKN).
PUPR Minister Basuki Hadimuljono said, overall PUPR received an additional budget of IDR 40.59 trillion which will be allocated for the quick wins and non-quick wins programs. One of them is for the sustainability of IKN development.
"The second non-quick wins program is the sustainability of IKN development of IDR 9.11 trillion. This is used for the Directorate General of Highways, Cipta Karya and Housing," he said at a Working Meeting (Raker) with Commission V DPR RI at the Parliament Complex, Senayan, Jakarta, Wednesday, September 18.
Basuki also detailed the budget allocation. For the Directorate General (Ditjen) of Highways, budget allocations for quick wins projects include handling access roads within the Central Government Core Area (KIPP), fulfillment of housing access, improvement of roads in the West Residence area, Predict Core and Sumbu Tripraja.
Then, the budget will also be used for the construction of access roads for Construction Worker Housing (HPK), Hankam, Sepaku Round 4, West Side National Advertisement and East Side Phase 2, construction of the Sepaku Ring Road Phase 2, Feeder Street, IKN district section 6C-1 Sp 3 ITCI-Simpang, 1B-East National Axis KIPP and monitoring of engineering 5 activities.

"And to fulfill some of the construction needs of the VVIP Airport on the runway side. Then, the construction of access and freeways section 1A. This will start in Balikpapan City, Sepinggan-Toll Airport, Balsam and section 1B," he said.
Next, there is the construction of the section 5B toll road for the Balang-Riko Bridge, Section 6A Riko- Outer Ring Road IKN and Section 6B of the Outer Ring Road-Sp ITCI Plan.
Then for the Directorate General of Human Settlements there is the construction of a worship area, the Ministry of PUPR Office, the main distribution network (JDU), the SPAM Sepaku Phase 2 distribution network (JDP), the KIPP IKN waste waste pipeline network, schools, markets and health centers.
Finally, continued Basuki, in the field of budget allocation housing, it will be used to continue the completion of the construction of 47 ASN and Hankam Apartment towers.
