Perpetrators Of Bullying SMA Binus Simprug Call His Father Official, From The Children Of The Party Chair, MK And DPR

The police confirmed that the alleged bullying case experienced by a student with the initials RE (16) at Binus Simprug High School, Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta continued.

Head of Public Relations of the South Jakarta Metro Police, AKP Nurma Dewi, confirmed that in that case there was no intervention from any officials or parties.

It is known, in the General Hearing Meeting (RDPU) with Commission III of the DPR, RE had stated that M was often threatened by M who claimed to be the son of the party chairman.

"For the reported cases, we do not have intervention, which is clear that the case continues. We have examined everything. That means, for further investigators there is no intervention from any party," said Nurma when confirmed, Wednesday, September 18.

Furthermore, so far the police have examined 18 witnesses in the case. However, he admitted that the witnesses who had been examined did not rule out the possibility of being questioned again.

"Yesterday we asked for 18 witnesses, then we rescheduled all those who had been examined to be re-examined," he said.

Previously, RE admitted that he was threatened by a number of students at Binus Simprug, Kebayoran, South Jakarta. The alleged threat carried the identities of the parents of the alleged perpetrators who were government officials, one of whom was the head of a political party.

They told me, 'Don't mess with us, you want to be comfortable going to school here, you want us not to bully here, you have to be able to serve us all. You know who our father is, he is the head of the party, his father is the DPR, his father is the Constitutional Court," said RE.

However, this was denied, South Jakarta Metro Police Chief Kombes Ade Rahmat Idnal. He said that from the deepening carried out, especially through population data, no appointments had been found to prove that one of the alleged perpetrators was the son of the party chairman.

"Some of the information that was conveyed earlier that there were several parties, the children of the party chairman or other things. Of course, based on existing law, population data, we have checked the KK (family card) until now we do not know what is meant," said Ade.
