After Being Sentenced To Death, Panca Darmansyah Just Wants To Come To Her Biological Child's Grave

JAKARTA - Panca Darmansyah's attorney, Amriadi, revealed that his client was eager to visit his biological child's grave. Even during the trial this afternoon, he only asked himself to visit the last burial of his four biological children.

"When the death sentence was decided) Panca was silent. Abang did his best," he said. "Only he wants to visit his son's grave," Amriadi said when confirmed, Tuesday, September 17.

Amriadi also revealed that Panca Darmansyah had never demanded that he lighten his sentence. He just wanted to meet his son.

"He always said, if to lighten himself up, he never said that. In front of the panel of judges, he never asked to be relaxed," he said.

Regarding the death penalty, said Amriadi, he admitted that he was not surprised by the decision. Because the actions committed by his client were indeed wrong.

"If I'm not surprised because this is indeed an act if it's legal, it's wrong. Indeed, it deserves to be sentenced to death because of his own child, the punishment can be increased because the murder of his own child is different from before," he concluded.

The Panel of Judges at the South Jakarta District Court (Jaksel) sentenced Panca Darmansyah to death for his behavior in killing four of his biological children in the Jagakarsa area, South Jakarta.

"The defendant Panca Darmansyah has been sentenced to death," said Chief Judge Sulistyo M Dwi Putro in the main courtroom of the South Jakarta District Court, Tuesday, September 17.

The judge assessed that Panca legally committed the crime of killing 4 of his biological children. Not only that, he is also legally and convincingly guilty of committing physical violence in his household.
