Shin Tae-yong Responds To Rafael Struick's Joining Brisbane Rour
JAKARTA - The Indonesian national team coach, Shin Tae-yong, responded positively to the joining of Rafael Struick to Brisbane Rour. At his new club, Shin hopes the striker gets good playing minutes.
Rafael Struick has officially joined Brisbane Rour, who is an Australian club. He moved from the Dutch Eerste Divisie club, ADO Den Hague, on a free transfer.
Struick's move to the Australian League (A-League) is clearly a shocking news. The reason is, before this there were no rumors circulating about the transfer of the 21-year-old player.
Meanwhile, Struick's surprising move actually received a positive response from Shin Tae-yong. The South Korean coach believes Struick can compete well when appearing in the Australian League with Brisbane Rour.

He also hopes that his team will get more playing minutes than when they were in ADO The Hague.
"It's good, yes, he (Rafael Struick) came to Brisbane. In essence, he can compete well there," said Shin Tae-yong on the sidelines of watching Liga 1 at the Gelora Bung Karno Stadium, quoted on Tuesday, September 16, 2024.
"Hopefully there (Brisbane Rour) can play more minutes," said Shin Tae-yong.
The reason Rafael Struick decided to move to Brisbane Rour is because he wants to find new challenges after years in the Netherlands.
In fact, bluntly the Indonesian national team striker revealed that he wanted to get out of his comfort zone to develop into a better player.
"I love playing in the A-League and moving to other parts of the world to step out of my comfort zone," Rafael Struick was quoted as saying by Brisbane Rour's official website.
