At The Beginning Of The Week, The Price Of Red Chili Was Dry Until Shallots Fell

JAKARTA - The prices of several food commodities decreased earlier this week. Those who experienced a decline, such as cob garlic, shallots, and curly red chilies.

Quoting Antara, based on data from the National Food Agency (Bapanas) Price Panel which was accessed at 07.10 WIB, the national average price of curly red chilies at the retail level was recorded at Rp31,880 per kg, down from Rp34,810 per kg yesterday.

The price of garlic also fell from IDR 39,680 per kg yesterday to IDR 39,090 per kg this morning. Meanwhile, shallots fell to IDR 25,850 per kg.

Some of the prices for other food commodities that have dropped are cooking oil. The bulk cooking oil is currently at an average of Rp. 15,550 per liter, while the simple packaged cooking oil is Rp. 17,850 per liter.

Premium rice is recorded at an average price of Rp. 15,300 per kg, medium rice of Rp. 13,450 per kg, and SPHP rice of Rp. 12,280 per kg.

Meanwhile, food commodities that increased, including broiler meat, which yesterday was Rp. 34,700 per kg, has now reached Rp. 35,120 per kg, broiler eggs to Rp. 29,340 per kg, and red cayenne pepper to Rp. 45,980 per kg.

Fish prices also rose. Bakkol fish are at an average price of IDR 33,360 per kg, convex fish IDR 37,740 per kg, and milkfish IDR 35,330 per kg.

Then, the average price of consumption sugar was recorded at Rp. 17,960 per kg, packaged flour Rp. 13,270 per kg, and bulk flour Rp. 10,260 per kg.

The price of pure beef increased by around Rp1,000 from yesterday to Rp135,120 per kg.
