Budi said that his first landing at IKN Airport was very memorable and extraordinary. Apart from the smooth landing, the plane's crackdown was also treated to the beautiful IKN view before ending the flight.
"As before landing, we were treated to beautiful and amazing IKN views. This is in accordance with the big concept of early development that retains the greenness element," he explained.
Furthermore, Budi said, the verification and calibration stages of IKN Airport had been completed a few days ago. As a result, the safety and security aspects of flights at IKN airport have been confirmed to meet standards.
"Verification has been carried out from September 8 to 9, 2024, then the calibration has been carried out on September 10, 2024. That way, IKN Airport is ready to be used to take off and land the presidential plane during the President's office at IKN," he said.

Win explained that he and the crew had received data information from the Airport Directorate and the verification team, so that the data could be entered into the Longitude aircraft navigation system.
Furthermore, he said Airnav and the Navigation Directorate had also evaluated security and safety procedures, where the results were very satisfying.
Overall, from our analysis, this existing runway has very bitting asphalt. That is, the braking action is extraordinary. Before 2,200 meters, it stopped with normal configurations," explained Capt. Win Warsono.
