KPK Finds Traces Of Harun Masiku In The Form Of Cars Parked For Years
BOGOR - Temporary Chairman of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) Nawawi Pomolango said traces of the fugitive, Harun Masiku, had begun to be found. Including cars that have been parked for years.
"What we found earlier, yesterday we got the cars he parked for years. That's what might be obtained," Nawawi said at an event in the Bogor area, West Java, Thursday, September 12.
Nawawi did not specify the findings. He only confirmed that the search was still being carried out until now.
In fact, Nawawi said he often contacted Rossa Purbo Bekti as the head of the task force (kasatgas) for Harun's search. "(I asked, red)'mas, how are you developing, mas?'," he said imitating his statement.
As previously reported, Harun Masiku has now been a fugitive for four years or since 2020. This escape was carried out after being named a suspect in the bribery of former KPU Commissioner Wahyu Setiawan to serve as a member of the Indonesian House of Representatives through the interim replacement mechanism (PAW).
