"He said, as of 1 hour ago in Manage well there would be a direct message from them, about the direct amount affected but he said 100 percent in terms of safe Indodax users, we are now following hour by hour and have also reported to the Ministry of Communication and Information," said Pandu at the Ngobrol Pintar (Ngobrol Pintar) with Kominfo: Action & Fintech Strategy to Face Online Gambling Fraud.

Hacking of Indodax is not the first time this has happened, in September 2022, as many as 50,000 Indodax users' credentials were leaked to the dark web, most of which were credentials from Indonesian users.
However, at that time the CEO of Indodax, Oscar Darmawan, denied the existence of the credential leak. He ensured that the news was not true. Because according to him, Indodax has implemented Multi Factor Authentication security and other layered security.
"Regarding the news that hackers have member data from the indodax server attack, we can confirm that it is a hoax because we can confirm that the Indodax server is safe," said Oscar.
