The Execution Of PDIP-flagged Houses In Medan Is Chaotic, Officers Are Thrown With Human Excrement, Some Are Screaming To Help Mr. Bobby

MEDAN - The execution of a house with a land area of 314 square meters on Jalan Sei Batang Serangan, Medan Petisah, Medan City, took place in chaos.

Joint officers consisting of Juru seizure at the Medan PN, Medan City Satpol-PP and the police had encountered resistance from the residents of the house.

On site monitoring, several large PDI-P flags and posters were seen rejecting the execution.

The officers also encountered resistance in the form of splashing water from kitchen waste and human waste.

From inside the house, there were screams from the residents. The residents even mentioned the name of the Deputy Governor of North Sumatra's brother.

"Please Mr. Bobby (Nasution), help Pak Jokowi, my brother, a pedicab paddle driver, look for food. We are not PKI, we are the poor who are defeated," shouted a woman who lived in the house.

Because persuasive efforts failed due to continued rejection from the residents of the house, the officers were finally able to enter and take control of the house.

M Syahrir Harahap, a spokesman for the Medan District Court, explained that the case against the house ownership had been going on since 2015. Syahrir said that the house belonged to Abdul Aziz.

"This process is a case in 2015, the plaintiff Abdul Aziz and the defendant heir dr Jaidi Zeni Bakri. In the lawsuit, they won it was acknowledged that this land belonged to them," said Syahrir.

According to Syahrir, the defendant was willing and took the fight in 2016. However, all of the defendants' legal remedies were rejected.

"So the plaintiff begged to be executed. Well, we have asked, this is the third time since 2017 and executed today," he said.

"We have advised well, but we do not want to be forced to do it," continued Syahrir.

Meanwhile, the defendant's attorney, Daniel Pardede, said that the execution was legally flawed. Because, his party saw many irregularities in the house dispute.

"There are many irregularities here, why was there a sale and purchase at a price of Rp 55 million in 1994. This price was already Rp 1 billion at that time," said Pardede.

In addition, he revealed that if the heirs were promised to receive Rp. 400 million. However, until now this money has not been received by the heirs.

Pardede emphasized that the heirs have never bought and sold houses.

"What is it, there has never been a sale and purchase. We are after a notary who made a sale and purchase between Mis and the deceased's husband and the doctor who was deceased, this is a fabrication," said Pardede.
