A Total Of 2,335 Joint Personnel Secure Indonesia Vs Australia Match
JAKARTA - The Indonesian national team will host Australia in the second match of Group C of the 2026 World Cup Qualification Third Round. Status as the host, the match will certainly confiscate the interest of tens of thousands of supporters.

The Head of Public Relations of the Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Ade Ary Syam Indradi, said the thousands of joint personnel consisted of Polda Metro Jaya personnel, Central Jakarta Metro Police, TNI, Transportation Service, Fire Department, and Satpol PP.
"Polda Metro Jaya deployed 2,335 joint personnel," said Ade Ary in his statement quoted on Tuesday, September 10, 2024.

Not only deploying joint troops around the location of the match, but traffic around SUGBK will also be engineered. However, he said that traffic engineering is situational depending on the situation and conditions on the ground.
"There will be situational traffic engineering. People who have no interest in passing through around GBK tomorrow at 19.00 WIB, will later be directed by our officers in the field," he said.
Furthermore, Ade Ary also appealed to spectators who will watch the Indonesia vs Australian match to be orderly and follow the directions of officers in the field.
"Later, please follow our officers, suggestions, and instructions from our officers in the field. We will carry out SOPs for checking luggage and so on," he said.
The match will be a tough test for both teams. Australia, which has just lost 0-1 to Bahrain, is trying to rise up against a confident Indonesia after detaining Saudi Arabia 1-1.
Currently, the position of the Indonesian national team in the Group C standings of the 2026 World Cup Qualification is ranked fourth behind Japan, Bahrain, and Saudi Arabia. Meanwhile, Australia is in fifth position and China is caretaker of Group C.
