Angkasa Pura I And II Officially Join, Erick Makes Sure There Are No Layoffs
JAKARTA - Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) Erick Thohir ensured that there would be no termination of employment (PHK) from the merger of PT Angkasa Pura I and PT Angkasa Pura II.
As is known, PT Angkasa Pura I and PT Angkasa Pura II officially joined as PT Angkasa Pura Indonesia. The merger of the two airport operator companies was carried out today, at the InJourney Office, Jakarta.
"The results are extraordinary today, now this is the same thing, Angkasa Pura I and II are temples. So there is no issue of lay off, this is precisely the development issue that was conveyed by Pak Budi (Minister of Transportation)," he said when met at the InJourney Office, Jakarta, Monday, September 9.
Erick said the government had a successful story in combining PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Pelindo). The merger of the company, said Erick, also has no issue of layoffs.
