PKK Papua Chairman Is Healthy In Trigana Air Accident, Prepares To Go To Biak To Continue Activities
PAPUA - The Papua Provincial Government (Pemprov) stated that the acting (Pj) of the Chairperson of the Papua PKK Coordinating Ministry for Rampant Limbong was in good health even though the Trigana plane he was traveling in skidded when he was about to take off to Sentani Airport, Jayapura Regency.
Head of the Papua Communication and Information Agency (Kominfo), Jeri A. Yudianto, said the Trigana PK YSP ATR 42-500 aircraft carrying the Acting Chairperson of the Papua PKK TP skidded at Kamap Airport, Yapen Islands Regency.
"The condition of the Chairperson of the Papua PKK TP is in good condition and is currently at the Yapen Islands Regent's Office," he said in his statement, Monday, September 9, which was confiscated by Antara.
According to him, the current Acting Chairperson of the PPK TP will prepare himself for Biak Airport to continue his activities.
The Trigana Air PK YSP ATR 42-500 aircraft was reported to have skidded at Stefanus Rumbewas Kamanap Airport, Kosiwo District, Yapen Islands Regency, Papua Province, Monday 9 September morning.

The plane was carrying a group of Acting Head of the Papua Province PKK Mobilization Team, Kerdinavis Limbong and Acting Regent of the Yapen Islands, Suzana Wanggai.
The plane was carrying 40 passengers and currently airport officers have evacuated passengers using an ambulance belonging to the Yapen Hospital and the Yapen Islands Police.
Meanwhile, some of Trigana Air passengers were evacuated to Serui Hospital.
