The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra Comes More Thin, With An Increase In The Ultra Wide 50MP Camera
The official launch of the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is still a few months away, the latest leak from a trusted source, Ice Universe (@UniverseIce), has revealed details about the dimensions and specifications of the flagship phones.
According to the leak, the Galaxy S25 Ultra will have dimensions of 162.8 x 77.6 x 8.2 mm, making it one of the thinst Galaxy S series phones. However, this phone still can't beat the Galaxy S6 which has a thickness of just 7 mm.

This phone is estimated to keep using premium materials such as titanium frames and Gorilla Glass on the front and rear. Like its predecessor, the Galaxy S25 Ultra will also have water resistance and IP68 certified dust, and will be equipped with a fingerprint sensor on the screen.
Even so, Samsung does not seem to have brought a significant increase in charging. This phone is estimated to still use 45W fast charging which was first introduced on the 2020 Galaxy S20 Ultra. The battery capacity is still 5,000mAh, indicating that Samsung chose to maintain the status quo in this sector.

The good news is that the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra will experience an increase in the camera sector. Although the 200MP main sensor and two 50MP telephoto lenses are maintained, its ultra wide camera is rumored to increase from 12MP to 50MP, providing a significant improvement in the quality of the ultra wide photo. The 12MP selfie camera will also remain the same as in the Galaxy S24 Ultra.
In addition, the Galaxy S25 Ultra is expected to run Android 15 with the One UI 7.1 interface on it. Samsung is also committed to providing a software update for seven years, ensuring it remains relevant in the long term.
