Bank DKI Supports The MartialPay Pay Payment System By MRT Jakarta
JAKARTA - As a form of synergy between DKI Jakarta BUMD and the transportation sector in Jakarta, Bank DKI supports the launch of MartiPay by MRT Jakarta as a non-cash payment option for MRT Jakarta transportation modes.
Bank DKI's support was carried out through a co-branding collaboration with Bank DKI digital products, JakOne Pay to MartiPay, which was officially launched to coincide with the HUB SPACE 2024 event which took place at JIEXPO Kemayoran, Jakarta on Friday, September 6. The launch was carried out by the Director of Technology & Operations, Amirul Wicaksono together with the Director of Business Development of PT MRT Jakarta (Perseroda) Farchad Mahfud.
"By utilizing existing digital product platforms, JakOne Pay, Bank DKI provides the technology infrastructure and digital banking services needed to support MartiPay's operations as an alternative digital payment that is integrated with the MyMRTJ application," said Amirul.
In line with that, the President Director of Bank DKI, Agus H. Widodo through an official statement conveyed, through this application, users can easily top-up balances, pay tickets using QRIS, and monitor transaction history on an integrated platform.
"So it is hoped that it can increase comfort and make it easier to carry out daily mobility," explained Agus.
Bank DKI continues to strengthen its commitment to supporting digital transformation in the transportation sector which is realized through various synergies, starting from JakCard which can now be used as a card-based digital payment option for integrated transportation in DKI Jakarta, such as Transjakarta, Microtrans, MRT, LRT, Jabodebek Commuter Line, as well as payment of entrance tickets at several tourist attractions managed by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government.
Until the synergy between Bank DKI and the DKI Jakarta Provincial Tourism and Creative Economy Office by presenting the Jakarta Tourist Pass as a digital solution based on electronic cards (JakCard) and applications (JakOne Pay), to support tourism in DKI Jakarta.
Bank DKI Corporate Secretary, Arie Rinaldi added that this initiative is in line with Bank DKI's mission to accelerate digital transformation in various sectors, especially in the transportation sector.
"In the future, we will continue to encourage innovation in our digital products, such as JakOne Pay and JakCard, in order to provide more practical, easy, and safe digital payment options for the people of Jakarta. We are optimistic that through synergy with MRT Jakarta, it will have a positive impact on the experience of public transportation users and support the city of Jakarta in realizing a smart city ecosystem," said Arie.

"This synergy with Bank DKI answers the need for a system and payment equipment for the purchase of MRT Jakarta travel tickets which minimizes infrastructure maintenance and card availability," said Farchad.
Through MartiPay, people get easy access to one platform/application for various sources of funds in conducting transactions at stations because the features are in accordance with community needs such as top-up balances, ticket payments through QR codes, transaction payments via QRIS, and knowing the transaction history. Farchad hopes that MartiPay's presence will further add to the travel experience of Jakarta MRT service users.
