The Director of the Narcotics Directorate of the Riau Police, Kombes Manang Soebeti, explained that the inmate with the initials OE and the two methamphetamine couriers had the initials FK and MR. The two couriers were arrested with police techniques pretending to buy drugs in Siak Hulu District, Kampar Regency.
