Xpeng Officially Launches G6 SUV Model In Thailand, Prices Start At IDR 600 Million

JAKARTA - The manufacturer of smart electric vehicles from China, namely Xpeng, officially launched the Coupe G6 SUV model for the Thai market, after previously opening this one car pre-booking last March.

The Xpeng G6 comes in two variants in Thailand with the cheapest price (Standar Range) at 1,439,000 baht or around Rp655 million, and for Long Range it is at 1,599,000 baht (Rp728 million).

The launch of this model is also a big step for Xpeng in introducing its various models in the future, as well as affirming the company's commitments to the White Elephant Country market.

"Xpeng is one of the manufacturers of smart electric vehicles that customers like the most, especially those who like modern technology," said Xpeng Motors Vice President of Accountance and Finance James Wu, quoted from the company's official website.

He further revealed that Xpeng is currently increasingly popular, especially in several European countries, the Middle East. In fact, Xpeng technology is claimed to change the future of transportation.

"We have formulated a global market policy by working with local producers to create comprehensive networks with effective after-sales services," he added.

On the same occasion, Xpeng Thailand CEO Apin Singthaweesak revealed that this Chinese brand has authorized Xpeng Thailand to officially hold this brand.

"The goal is to create a complete electric vehicle ecosystem in Thailand, through electric vehicles with cutting-edge technology that can perfectly meet the needs of Thai customers, and provide new ways on a sustainable journey," said Apin.

Xpeng Thailand is also committed to building many Xpeng dealer networks in various major cities in Thailand.

As is known, Xpeng has begun to penetrate various countries in Asia Pacific, even after its launch in Thailand, this brand has penetrated Singapore, Australia, Nepal and many more.
