Porsche 911 Turbo 50 Years Old Edition, Limited Only 1,974 Units
JAKARTA - Commemorating the five decades of the legendary 911 Turbo model, Porsche introduced a special edition entitled "911 Turbo 50 Years" in the United States which will be the model for 2025.
This special and limited edition is designed with outstanding performance and luxurious materials, as well as combining exclusive design elements inspired by the classic 911 Turbo model.
Launching from the manufacturer's release, Monday, August 26, this limited edition was only produced by 1,974 units worldwide, as a tribute to the first year 911 Turbo was introduced in 1974.
This car features the exclusive color "Turbonite" that adorns several important parts such as back deck covers, fuel caps, and Porsche emblems. The back wing, air grab grip, and several other elements are also decorated with the color "Anthracite Gray", creating an elegant and classy look.
Not only the exterior display, the interior of 911 Turbo 50 Years also carries retro themes with seat and door panel coated with Yestuan "MacKenzie", reminiscent of the classic Turbo model. In addition, contrast elements in Turbonite color enrich the interior display, with details such as seat belts, stitches, and black trims that further emphasize the exclusivity of this model. The memorial placard above the gloves compartment features a unique production number of each unit, making it truly special.

For those who want a more classic feel, Porsche offers a "Heritage Design Package" which includes a variety of additional exclusive features inspired by the 911 Turbo model of the 1970s. The package features the basic colors of "Aventurine Green Metallic" with white deceleratorymas, as well as the classic Porsche emblem from 1964.
In technology, 911 Turbo 50 Years is equipped with a 3.7 liter boxer with twin-turbocharging VTG which is capable of generating 640 hp and 800 Nm torque power. This car can fly from 0 to 60 mph (96 km) in just 2.6 seconds, making it one of the fastest sports cars in the world. A number of additional standard features such as the sports exhaust system, the Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM) suspension, and the LED Matrix headlights are further refining their performance.
To complete this exclusive car, Porsche Design also launched a special watch "Chronograph 911 Turbo 50 Years", which is only available to owners of this special edition. This watch is made in detail that reflects the car design, and each watch unit is produced as many as 1,974 units, the same as the number of cars.
Porsche 911 Turbo 50 Years is sold for US$261,100 (equivalent to Rp4 billion) not including shipping and handling costs. This car is expected to be present at Porsche dealers in the United States by the end of 2024.
