Pupuk Indonesia Uses 'Dimas' To Open Subsidized Fertilizer Distribution Registration
JAKARTA - PT Pupuk Indonesia Persero has re-opened registration online using the Distributor Management System (Dimas) application on September 1-15, 2024 for subsidized fertilizer distributor partners for the 2025 budget.
SVP Sales Strategy & Pupuk Indonesia Customer Service Deni Dwiguna Sulaeman in a statement in Jakarta, Monday, August 26, said that Pupuk Indonesia has implemented registration of prospective distributor partners online since 2021 or post-centralization of marketing functions in Pupuk Indonesia Group.
Pupuk Indonesia announced the opening of registration of subsidized fertilizer distributor partners in the 2025 fiscal year which is carried out through the Dimas application. Prospective distributors who wish to register can immediately enter the dimas.pupuk-indonesia.com page and immediately prepare the required documents that are enforced," Deni said, quoted from Antara.
In capturing potential distributors, said Deni, the Dimad application applies an efficient, effective, accountable, competitive, fair and reasonable principle so that it can reduce intervention in terms of registration, assessment, and appointment or determination of distributors.
Online registration also signifies transparent business processes, thereby increasing the speed of registration, assessment, selection of distributors, and data integration processes.
The requirement to become a subsidized fertilizer distributor has been stated in the Regulation of the Minister of Trade (Permendag) Number 04 of 2023 concerning the Procurement and Distribution of Subsidized Fertilizers for the Agricultural Sector, especially in Article 6 paragraph (2), where the conditions contained in this regulation include; moving in the field of general trade business, having offices and administrators actively carrying out trading business activities at their place of position.
Furthermore, it fulfills general requirements to carry out trade activities, namely having an NIB with the classification of Indonesia's business field standards 46652, having evidence for the control of registered warehouses and transportation equipment in accordance with the provisions of the invitation laws and regulations, having a certificate from the head of the office in charge of trade. And it was copied to the head of the office in charge of agriculture in the local district/city area as a distributor that was valid during the period of appointment of Distributors by the Pupuk BUMN Holding, has an adequate distribution network from aspects of economic scale, regional distribution, and the willingness of business actors in each kelurahan and/or village in its responsibilities area, and business criteria with small-scale and/or medium-scale that have capital in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations.
In addition, prospective subsidized fertilizer distributors must also meet the additional requirements set by the producers of Pupuk Indonesia. The additions are like; Application letters to be Distributors, have offices and administrators who actively carry out trading business activities at their place of office, deed of establishment of the company, warehouse list sign (TDG) for all warehouses owned or controlled, have a Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP), and have a Taxable Entrepreneurs Inauguration Letter (SPPKP).
