West Nusa Tenggara High Prosecutor's Office (Kejati NTB) summoned 11 witnesses in the alleged corruption case of West Lombok Regency Government assets in the form of land that is the location for the construction of a shopping center, namely the Lombok City Center (LCC)."There were 11 people (witnesses) who were summoned today for questioning regarding the investigation into the LCC case," said NTB Attorney General Efrien Saputera in Mataram, Antara, Monday, August 26.Of the 11 witnesses summoned, he admitted that he had not received further information about who was present before the investigators. Likewise with the agenda of the examination, Efrien stated that he was still waiting for information from investigators."It has not been answered (investigators) who are present and what are the examination agendas," he said. The NTB Prosecutor's Office announced that the handling of this alleged asset corruption case was entered into the investigation stage in mid-August 2024. This investigation is the result of a case title with an auditor who finds potential state financial losses.Following up on the results of the title, investigators are now coordinating with auditors to meet the audit requirements for calculating state financial losses. The auditor agency that assists investigators in calculating the state's financial losses is from the West Nusa Tenggara Representative Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP).In the investigation process, the prosecutor's office has questioned a number of former officials who are aware of the cooperation contract in managing assets belonging to the West Lombok Regency Government. The parties who had attended the prosecutor included former West Lombok Regent Zaini Arony and former West Lombok BPKAD Head Burhanuddin. The request for information against the two former officials took place in mid-November 2023. Zaini admitted that he regretted the fate of the now abandoned assets. With this case, Zaini hopes that the land on which there is a former magnificent shopping center building can be reused and become one of the sources of regional income. The case of LCC assets has previously advanced to the court table based on the results of the investigation by the NTB Prosecutor's Office. In this case, there were two officials from the West Lombok Regional Public Company (Perusda), namely PT Patuh Patju (Tripat) who were dragged into the crime. Both are former Director of PT Tripat Lalu Azril Sopandi and former Finance Manager of PT Tripat Abdurrazak.Based on the criminal verdict handed down, both were found guilty of committing corruption together, causing state losses. In consideration of the verdict, the Panel of Judges at the Mataram District Court outlined the process of capital participation and replacement of the building that was built in 2014.When Azril Sopandi still held the position of Director of PT Tripat, the regional company received capital participation from the West Lombok Regional Government in the form of strategic land on Jalan Raya Mataram-Sikur, Gerimak Village, Narmada District covering an area of 8.4 hectares. The land then became PT Tripat's capital to build cooperation in LCC management, in this case private parties from PTbaniss, a subsidiary of Lippo Group.4.8 hectares of land from a total of 8.4 hectares, then used as collateral by PTbaniss to PT Bank Sinarmas. From this collateral, PTbanis in 2013 received a loan of Rp264 billion. The repayment of credit from capital loans with collateral assets belonging to the West Lombok Regency Government is reported to have no deadline for PT Bank Sinarmas.
Dalam proses perjanjian kerja sama antara PT Tripat dengan PTbanis, muncul keterlibatan mantan Bupati Lombok Barat Zaini Arony, yang turut serta membuatkan tandasan perjanjian.
