Bassist System Of A Down Announces Debut Album For Side Project, Seven Hours After Violet
JAKARTA - Shavo Odadjian, the bassist of the music group System of A Down, is exploring a new world with a side project called Seven Hours After Violet.
Shavo is one of the band's players with Left To Suffer vocalist Taylor Barber. In addition, there are also Morgoth Beatz and Alejandro Aranda on the guitar, as well as Josh Johnson as drummers.
They plan to release their debut album on October 11 through Sumerian Records and 1336 Records. The album can be ordered pre-order in vinyl form.
The announcement of this full album is quite surprising because Seven Hours After Violet has just released two singles. Last June they released Paradise as their first single, then Radiance was just introduced as their next mainstay song.

For Shavo, this project is one of the important moments in his musical career. He wants to express the exploration that has not been touched in his original band.
"This album is the culmination of several years of exploration that I have been doing. Together with Seven Hours After Violet I want to return to the root of heavy music, as well as bring something new to listen to," said the musician as quoted by Blabbermouth, August 23.
