President Yoon: If You Attack South Korea, The North Korean Regime Will End
JAKARTA - South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol warned the North Korean regime would end if it tried to attack South Korea.
"We have to explain to the North Korean regime, which keeps the dream of forced unification and constantly targeting the Korean Republic (South), that any attack will lead to the end of the regime," Yoon said while visiting the Land Operations Command in Yongin, south of Seoul..
During his visit, Yoon was briefed on Ulchi Freedom Shield's training, Yonhap reported.
The 11-day exercise, which is an annual activity, was launched by the US and South Korea on Monday (19/8), following rising cross-border tensions between Seoul and Pyongyang.
