KPK Explores Penerimaan Wage Pungut Di Pemkot Semarang Lewat 12 ASN
JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) is looking for information about the receipt of levies from state civil servants (ASN) of the Semarang City Government. There were 12 witnesses examined by investigators on Tuesday, August 20.
"The witnesses are all present. Investigated by investigators regarding the receipt of levies and deductions of togetherness fees," said KPK spokesman Tessa Mahardika in a written statement, Wednesday, August 21.
Tessa said the examination was carried out at the Semarang Polrestabes. Those who were questioned by investigators were AK as a civil servant; DI (PNS); ISIS (PNS/Head of the Regional Tax Service and Determination); IS (PNS); LM (PNS); and RR DS (Bapenda Secretary).
Then KYS (PNS/Head of Sub-Division of Data Collection and Regional Tax Registration II); MC (PNS/Head of Sub-Division of Regional Tax Collection II); NK (PNS/Sub-Coordinator of Regional Revenue Information Systems); SDIS (PNS/Head of Sub-Division of Regional Tax Collection I); WP (PNS/Head of Sub-Division and Control of Regional Taxes and Regional Retribution); and DA (PNS).
Previously reported, the KPK began investigating three alleged corruption crimes within the Semarang City Government (Pemkot). The details are the procurement of goods and services within the Semarang City Government in 2023-2024, the alleged extortion of civil servants related to incentives for collecting taxes and levies in the Semarang City area, as well as the alleged receipt of gratuities in 2023-2024.
Searches have been carried out in various locations such as in the cities of Semarang, Kudus, Salatiga, and others. From there, documents up to Rp1 billion and 9,650 euros were found as well as dozens of watches allegedly related to the case.

In this case, the Mayor of Semarang Hevearita Gunaryanti Rahayu or Mbak Ita and three other people have been prevented from leaving the country for six months.
They are her husband who is also the Chairman of Commission D of the Central Java DPRD, Alwin Basri; Chairman of the Association of Indonesian National Construction Implementers (Gapensi) of Semarang City, Martono; and Rahmat Djangkar who are private parties.
