Menpan RB Reminds Residents Not To Be Tempted By Potential CPNS

JAKARTA - Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform Abdullah Azwar Anas reminded residents, especially enthusiasts or prospective participants in the 2024 CPNS selection so as not to be tempted by the lure and deception of brokers who promise " jadi route" to become candidates for state civil servants.

"Today, registration starts. People should not be tempted by people who feel they can promise to enter. Because the president's children did not qualify," said Azwar Anas on the sidelines of his activity inaugurating the Trenggalek Public Service Mall (MPP) in Trenggalek, East Java, as reported by ANTARA, Tuesday, August 20.

He ensured that there was no "special route" in the 2024 CPNS screening process.

"Supervision will be tightened, the selection and selection system will also continue to be refined to narrow transaction or lobby space so that the implementation of the entire stage of CPNS screening runs honestly, fairly and responsibly," he said.

He called the selection strict and could not be manipulated as feared by the public.

"Everything uses a CAT (Computer Assisted Test). There is no longer an insider term, there are no more terms PDAM, Ponakan and Son-in-law. All selections are open and have the same opportunities," he said.

To anticipate the fraudulent jockey practice during the selection, as found in the previous year's selection, Azwar Anas said that he had tightened the selection system, including the use of double face recognition when registering or the selection process.

"Because of the previous selection, last year there were two jockeys found. Now we use double face recognition, registration and test implementation. So when we enter different face tests, the system immediately stops," he said.

In this year's selection recruitment, there are as many as 600 thousand formations provided.

However, Azwar Anas said that only 250 thousand formations were optimized by the ministries of institutions and local governments. In addition, many proposals have been crossed out because they are considered potentially replaced by technology.

"There are as many as 600 thousand formations, not all of them are utilized, no more than 250 thousand. In addition, there are many proposals, formations that are not allowed, such as technical formations that have the potential to be replaced by technology," he explained.

Meanwhile, for the thorough selection of State Civil Apparatus Candidates (CASN), Azwar Anas said it would be carried out in the near future.

Because, apart from CPNS, the procurement of formations for government employees with a work agreement (P3K) will also be carried out immediately.

"After this, first aid. Depending on regional finances, there will be part-time and full-time first aid kits. Presidential instructions, if the data is correct there are no layoffs and automatically become first aid kits. Later it can be full time and part-time depending on the selection," he said.
