KPK Cecar Hasto Regarding Assignment To Former Director Of DJKA Harno Trimadi Through The Deputy Secretary General Of PDIP
The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) has questioned the Secretary General of the PDI-P (PDIP) Hasto Kristiyanto regarding his meeting with the former Director of Railway Infrastructure at the DJKA of the Ministry of Transportation Harno Trimadi.This was conveyed by KPK spokesman Tessa Mahardika after investigators examined Hasto today, Tuesday, August 20. However, he did not elaborate further because the information obtained was included in the investigation material.“Yes, it's true today that investigators asked for information from HK. The information we got from investigators was related to the clarification of the meeting between HK's brother and Harno's brother,” said Tessa to reporters at the KPK's Red and White House, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta, Tuesday, August 20.In addition, Tessa said investigators were also exploring a number of things from Hasto. Including Harno's assignment through the Deputy Secretary General of PDIP Yoseph Aryo Adhi Dharmo regarding railways."This “ Brother YA is what we have asked for information and has been present at the KPK some time ago. One of them is his introduction to Harno, who has been sentenced to five years in prison.Still through the examination, continued Hasto, investigators are investigating the existence of Hasto's cellphone number on the cellphone of the former Minister of Transportation (Menhub) Budi Karya Sumadi's subordinate. “ I gave information that I do not have the cellphone number in question, I have never communicated intensely,” he told reporters after undergoing an examination for approximately four hours.Previously reported, the DJKA Ministry of Transportation (Kemenhub) bribery case began with a hand arrest operation (OTT) related to allegations of corruption at the Class I Railway Engineering Center for the Central Java Region. This action was carried out on April 11, 2023.From the silent operation, the anti-corruption commission then named 10 suspects. Four parties are suspected of being bribers of the Director of PT Istana Putra Agung (IPA) Dion Renato Sugiarto (DIN); Director of PT Dwifarita Fajarkharisma, Muchamad Hikmat (MUH); Director of PT KA Management Properti until February 2023 Yoseph Ibrahim (YOS); and VP of PT KA Management Properti Parjono (PAR).Meanwhile, those suspected of being recipients are the Director of Railway Infrastructure Harno Trimadi (HNO); Head of the Central Java Railway Engineering Center (BTP) Putu Sumarjaya; Commitment Making Officer (PPK) BTP Central Java Bernard Hasibuan (BEN); PPK BPKA South Sulawesi Achmad Affandi (AFF); PPK for Railway Infrastructure Fadliansyah (FAD); and PPK BTP West Java Synto Pirjani Hutabarat (SYN).
The KPK then announced two new suspects in this case on January 22, 2024. They are Yofi Okatrisza as ASN at the Ministry of Transportation (Kemenhub) and former auditor of the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK) Medi Yanto Sipahutar.
