TASPEN Again Wins Best Mitra Work Award From The Ministry Of Law And Human Rights
JAKARTA - PT Dana Tabungan dan Asuransi Pegawai Negeri (Persero) (TASPEN) berkomitmen untuk terus memberikan manfaat dan meningkatkan kualitas layanan kepada seluruh Aparatur Civil Negara (ASN). Atas komitmen tersebut, TASPEN kembali meraih penghargaan sebagai Mitra Kerja Terbaik dari Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia (Kemkumham) Republik Indonesia pada acara Hari Pengayoman ke-79 Tahun 2024.
Previously, in 2023, TASPEN had also won a similar award from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights. This year, the award was given to TASPEN for the company's efforts to prepare ASN within the Ministry of Law and Human Rights in facing retirement through Employee Purnabakti Briefing activities, as well as as Working Partners in the Management of Civil Servant Retirement Savings.
This award was handed over directly by the Minister of Law and Human Rights Yasonna H. Laoly to TASPEN Operations Director Ariyandi, at the Ceremony Field of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, South Jakarta, Monday, August 19.
"We express our highest appreciation to the Ministry of Law and Human Rights for the Best Mitra Work award that has been given to TASPEN. This award is expected to be an encouragement for all TASPEN personnel to continue to be dedicated in serving all ASN in Indonesia, especially in the Ministry of Law and Human Rights. TASPEN will continue to strive to provide reliable services in order to create a safe and secure retirement period for all participants," he said, in a written statement, Tuesday, August 20.
Based on data in July 2024, TASPEN manages Old Age Savings and Pension Fund insurance as many as 66,376 ASN within the Ministry of Law and Human Rights. As state servants, all ASN within the Ministry of Law and Human Rights have directly become TASPEN participants since being appointed as Civil Servant Candidates (CPNS). TASPEN will continue to ensure the welfare of ASN in the Ministry of Law and Human Rights through 4 TASPEN programs, namely Work Accident Insurance (JKK), Death Security (JKM), Old Age Savings (THT), and Pension Program.

In line with the direction of the President of the Republic of Indonesia, Joko Widodo regarding the implementation of bureaucratic reform that must be carried out consistently and successfully. In 2024, TASPEN has distributed pension payments to all retired participants in accordance with the determination and adjustment of basic pensions based on Government Regulation Number 8 of 2024 concerning the Determination of Retirement Principal for Civil Servants and Widows/Dudaya which is valid from January 1, 2024.
Through Government Regulation Number 8 of 2024, the Government has increased for basic pensions by 12 percent which is expected to have a positive impact by improving the welfare of retirees and providing a multiplier effect for the wheels of the Indonesian economy.
TASPEN will continue to support business transformation by focusing on services and ensuring corporations operate in a healthy manner and in accordance with the principles of good corporate governance. This commitment will continue to be carried out by synergizing with the Ministry of Law and Human Rights in organizing briefings for potential full-fledged candidates within the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia.
