Speed Ratification Of Raperda RTRW And RPJPD, DPRD: So Governor's Mission Vision 2024
JAKARTA - The Regional Regulation Formation Agency (Bapemperda) of the DKI Jakarta DPRD is speeding up the completion of the two Draft Regional Regulations (Raperda) to be ratified immediately.
Among them are the Raperda on the Regional Spatial Planning (RTRW) of DKI Jakarta Province in 2024-2044 and the Raperda on the DKI Jakarta Regional Long-Term Development Plan (RPJPD) for 2025-2045.
Deputy Chairman of the Bapemperda of the DKI Jakarta DPRD Abdurrahman Suhaimin said the discussion was completed immediately with the aim of becoming a guide for the candidates for the Governor-Deputy Governor of DKI Jakarta in compiling their vision and mission.
"With a two-day marathon work, we can finally complete it, because it will be the governor's vision and mission for 2024 and also to translate the national program," said Suhaimi in his statement, August 20.
Suhaimi underlined the strategic points contained in the two Raperdas. These include guarantees of protection for the people of Jakarta, guarantees of empowerment, and guarantees to provide justice and accessibility for the people of Jakarta in the development process.
"In particular, my message is that the two Raperda must realize the justice of the people of DKI Jakarta. Empower the people of Jakarta," said Suhaimi.
The two Raperdas are designed as guidelines for the implementation of Jakarta's development for the next 20 years. Even if the government leader in Jakarta changes, the legal umbrella will remain relevant.

Now, the Raperda RTRW for 2024-2044 and the Raperda for the 2025-2045 RPJPD have been discussed to be ratified as a regional regulation in a plenary meeting.
"According to the results of the Deliberative Body meeting, it has been agreed that the request for approval from members of the DKI Jakarta DPRD will be held in a plenary meeting of the DKI Jakarta DPRD on August 20, 2024," said Deputy Chairman of the DKI Jakarta DPRD Misan Samsuri.
