OSO Re-elected As Chairman Of Hanura
BADUNG - Oesman Sapta Odang was again elected by acclamation to become the General Chair of the Hanura Party in the 4th anniversary of the political party which was held in Badung, Bali.
Oso was chosen based on the agreement of all parties present at the National Conference consisting of members of the DPC, DPD throughout Indonesia and DPP.
"So Hanura really showed people's democracy from below because the majority of those present were members of the DPC as many as 514 times 3 people plus the chairman of DPD 38 people and the central board according to the list of central DPP administrators, namely 91 people," said Oesman, Monday, August 19.
The man who is familiarly called Oso admitted that he was honored that he had been given a mandate from all members to return to lead the Hanura Party.
After being elected, Oso and his staff will discuss several Hanura crucial work agendas and programs.
Some of them are about winning cadres who are fighting in the 2024 Pilkada until the decision to join or not into the government coalition.
"It's being thought about, this is still enough time for us to be able to present where we have to go with this new management," said Oso.
