Coldplay Sets The Largest Rock Tour Record With A Raup Of IDR 14.8 Trillion And 8.8 Million Tickets

Coldplay with its world tour titled Music of the Spheres World Tour is the best-selling rock tour ever recorded.

According to the Billboard Boxscope, the British band's world tour earned $945.7 million (Rp14.8 trillion) and sold 8.8 million tickets since starting in March 2022.

Chris Martin cs' record surpassed Elton John's previous record with the 'Farewell Yellow Brick Road tour. With 328 shows performed from September 8, 2018 to July 8, 2023, the tour grossed $939 million (Rp14.7 trillion).

At that time, Elton John surpassed Ed Sheeran's record The Divide Tour at the end of 2019, which generated $776.4 million (IDR 12.1 trillion)
