Pondok Bambu Detention Center Denies Hasnaeni, A Golden Woman, Intimidated By Liannya Prisoner

JAKARTA - Pondok Bambu Detention Center denied any acts of intimidation by three female prisoners against Hasnaeni Moein, aka a gold woman.

The head of security at the Pondok Bambu Detention Center, Tian Agustiani, stated that the real incident was only a matter of misunderstanding between Hasnaeni and the prisoner with the initials V. Starting from Hasnaeni who issued jokes against V.

However, Hasnaeni's words were judged by V as having hurt his feelings, so they were replied with inappropriate words by V.

Hasnaeni then replied with similar words so that the two of them got into an argument.

"It was only in the form of an argument between the inmates, which finally hurt each other, finally ended up. Mrs. Hasnaeni felt hurt and finally replied, and the initial V replied," Tian told reporters, Saturday, August 17.

Luckily, the dispute between fellow female prisoners did not develop into a physical fight, after being brokered by three security officers at the Pondok Bambu Detention Center.

"Nothing up to hitting, just an argument and immediately dispersed by the officers there were 3 officers," he said.

However, after the incident, Hasnaeni through his attorney made a police report to the Duren Sawit Police.

Tian said that after mediation was carried out, the two had agreed to withdraw the report. The problem was declared resolved, where both of them had reconciled and had lived their lives at the Pondok Bambu Detention Center normally.

"After being met, they are also willing to make peace. It is stated in the form of a peace letter. Thank God there has been no problem until now, they have lived their life as usual," he said.

As previously reported, Hasnaeni Moein or a gold woman was intimidated by a group of female prisoners with the initials V, P and A which occurred in an inside room of Pondok Bambu Detention Center (Rutan), Duren Sawit District, East Jakarta.

This incident was only discovered by the family after Hasnaeni reported what happened to her to the family. Furthermore, the family of the gold woman came to the Pondok Bambu Rutan to hear what happened to her.

Then the family and Hasnaeni's attorney made a report to the Duren Sawit Police on Wednesday, August 14, noon.

"If the motive is so that investigators will investigate. Today we just met from the bamboo hut detention center, she is a gold woman. We went to the Sector Police, make a report," said Hasnaeni's lawyer, the gold woman, Andi Bashar, to reporters at the Duren Sawit Police.

There were three acts of intimidation by the perpetrators. The perpetrators were seen in a group of fellow detainees.

"This was done in groups of three. I don't know what his background was, suddenly one of the three people rebuked the gold woman. The reason doesn't know yet, let the investigators just let it be," he said.
