Israeli Attack Death Toll In Lebanon Becomes 9 People, Targets Hezbollah's Arms Warehouse

JAKARTA - The death toll from the Israeli attack in Lebanon is now 9 people. Five others were injured.

Israel attacked a residential building in the city of Nabatieh, southern Lebanon, Saturday, August 17 morning.

Israeli military said the airstrikes targeted a arsenal used by Hezbollah militants.

Tensions have risen in the region in recent weeks, after the rocket attacks allegedly carried out by Hezbollah and killed 12 children and adolescents in Israel's occupied Golan Heights.

Israel retaliated with the assassination of an important commander of Hezbollah on the outskirts of Beirut.

Hezbollah has vowed to retaliate against Israel, just like Iran for the killing of Palestinian Hamas group political leader Ismail Haniyeh in Tehran.
