Israeli Drone Kills 2 Armed People In West Bank
JAKARTA - Israeli drones killed two Palestinian gunmen in the West Bank.
As reported by Reuters on Thursday, August 15, the Palestinian Ministry of Health confirmed two men were killed in the Balata area, in the suburbs of Nablus, Palestine, in the northern West Bank.
In addition, it was reported that a 12-year-old woman and girl also suffered minor injuries.
Violence in the West Bank has escalated since the war in Gaza between Israel and the Palestinian armed group Hamas broke out in October 2023, with more Israeli attacks, Jewish settlers' violence, and Palestinian street attacks.
Israeli forces killed 620 Palestinians in the West Bank and East Jerusalem, since the start of the Gaza war, according to Palestinian Health Ministry figures.
