Golf Tournament Becomes Car Tugure Strengthens Partnership And CSR

PT Tugu Resurance Indonesia (Tugure) held a Tugure Charity Golf Tournament at the Suvarna Golf Club, Jakarta, Wednesday, August 7. This activity was attended by 127 participants from various partners, including general insurance companies, people, brokers, associations, and administrators, who aim to maintain good relations and give appreciation to business partners.

By raising the theme "Achieving Excellence Together", it is a symbol of how Tugure together with business partners can achieve an advantage not only in business, but also in having a positive impact on society.

Also supported by AON Indonesia, Tugu Insurance, Adonai Pialang Re, Cipta Colemon Asia, Hanofer Indonesia, and PWS Indonesia, this event is part of a series of 37th Tugure birthday activities.

President Director of Tugure, Teguh Budiman hopes that this tournament will be able to create a friendly forum between business people, especially in the insurance industry to strengthen mutual business cooperation.

"Of course the business will be mutually beneficial if we continue to maintain interactions between business people and we establish them well," said Teguh on the sidelines of the event.

The Tugure Charity Golf Tournament is also a place for corporate social responsibility activities (CSR) to the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) and the Indonesian Child Yellow Band Foundation (YPKAI). Teguh stated that in carrying out his commitment to always contribute to the community through CSR activities, his party invited and contributed all employees and business partners of Tugure.

"We invite all business partners to share in this case is CSR activities in the form of donations to parties in need," said Teguh.

As for the implementation of this activity, the donations collected from business partners and distributed by Tugure to PMI and YPKAI amounted to Rp142,450,000.

Through collaboration with PMI, it is hoped that it can provide humanitarian assistance both nationally and internationally. PMI itself operates in various humanitarian programs such as health assistance, the impact of conflicts, disasters, and others.

In addition, Tugure also distributed donations to YPKAI, a foundation that is concerned about children suffering from cancer who are underprivileged to be assisted in the health recovery process.

"We recognize that children's health and well-being are top priorities because their future is the future of all of us," said Teguh.

Meanwhile, YPKAI Chairman Tyas Amalia Yahya said that with this charity activity carried out by Tugure, he could help his party to continue to provide assistance to more children with cancer.

"We really appreciate and thank you very much for the initiative taken by Tugure for social activities, especially collaborating with the Yellow Band Foundation itself," concluded Tyas.
