For The Sake Of Security, Ticketless Fans Are Prevented From Entering Taylor Swift's Concert Venue In London
JAKARTA - After the incident in Austria, Taylor Swift will continue The Eras Tour with four shows in London, England which will begin on Thursday, August 15.
Meanwhile, Wembley Stadium managers as concert venues, warned Swift fans who did not have tickets not to attend the stadium area during the concert.
"To support the security of everyone in and out of the stadium, no one is allowed to stand outside the entrance or at the Olympic Stairs at the front of the stadium," reads a warning from Wembley's manager.
This warning is to prevent the habit of fans known as stay-gating', where those who do not have tickets will come to the concert location and enjoy the atmosphere from outside.
The reason is, a massive 'tay-gating' occurred when Swift appeared in Munich, Germany some time ago. About 40 thousand fans enjoyed the concert atmosphere from a slope near the stadium.
Security at Wembley itself has been tightened after the 2017 Manchester Arena bombing, and strict security measures remain in place for the Eras Tour.
