JAKARTA - The Golkar Party will hold a Plenary Meeting tonight at around 19.00 WIB to determine the Acting Chairman after Airlangga Hartarto declared his resignation. A source of VOI said that the figure who filled Airlangga's position was Agus Gumiwang."Plenary Meeting tonight has been completed, no one has protested again. Still from VOI sources, Bahlil Lahadalia will be appointed as General Chair of Golkar in the next congress.Agus Gumiwang, who was previously the Acting General Chair, will fill the position of Deputy General Chair. Meanwhile, the Golkar Daily Chair position will be held by Bambang Soesatyo (Bamsoet).Agus Gumiwang currently serves as Deputy Head of the Golkar Party's Economy Division.Apart from Agus, there are a number of names that are predicted to replace Airlangga's position. The two other names that are most prominent are Bambang Soesatyo and Bahlil.
