The rape case at the Annur Orphanage Foundation and Orphanage received the spotlight from a child observer from Riau Islands, Ery Syahrial, who said that Annur's foundation or orphanage did not have a permit as the establishment of a Child Welfare Institution (LKSA) from the local Social Service.
Ery hopes that the local government will immediately take action against Annur's foundation or orphanage so that it will no longer operate and save children from exploitation.
"This is important, because there are children under their care. LKSA is an alternative caregiver, it accommodates orphans, orphans, twofa. Only if accompanied by permission, of course it is not monitored, it can be misused," said Ery.
