Former Regent Of Jembrana Bali Ida Bagus Ardana And Wife Found Dead Rotting

DENPASAR - Former Regent of Jembrana, Ida Bagus Ardana and his wife A Sri Wulan Trisna were found dead at his residence on Jalan Octopus IV Number 6, Denpasar City, Bali, on Thursday 8 August. The bodies of both of them are in a state of rot. Ida Ardana is a former Regent of Jembrana for two terms. He served since 1980-1985 and 1985-1990 or the regional head who served during the Suharto New Order administration. It is not yet known for certain the cause of death of Ida Bagus and his wife. Currently, the Bali Police are still investigating the death of the married couple. "The cause of death is definitely still under further investigation," said Head of Public Relations of the Bali Police, Kombes Pol Jansen Avitus Panjaitan, quoted on Friday, August 9.

"The two victims were found dead in their house where the victim Drs Ida Bagus Ardana was found lying near the kitchen door while the victim Sri Wulan Trisna was found dead lying on the back of the bed," said Jansen. The body was first found at night at around 22.16 WIB. The pungent smell was smelled from inside the house.

"The two bodies have emitted an unpleasant odor and have rotted. The exact cause of death is still in the process of further investigation," he said.
