The 2024 DKI Revised APBD Increases 4.60 Percent To IDR 85.47 Trillion

JAKARTA - The DPRD and the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government have approved the Draft Amendment to the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (RPAPBD) for the 2024 Fiscal Year, up 4.60 percent from the APBD which was originally agreed upon.

Acting Governor of DKI Jakarta Heru Budi Hartono said the amendment to the 2024 budget year budget was IDR 85.47 trillion, an increase of 4.60 percent from the determination of the APBD for the 2024 budget year, which was IDR 81.7 trillion.

"We appreciate Legislature for supporting the Executive in realizing sustainable budget efficiency to build Jakarta," said Heru as quoted by ANTARA, Wednesday, August 7.

According to him, the 2024 DKI APBD changes for regional income are planned at IDR 75.22 trillion or an increase of 3.83 percent compared to the determination of the 2024 APBD of IDR 72.44 trillion.

He explained that regional income is expected to come from local revenue (PAD) of IDR 50.49 trillion, transfer income of IDR 24.02 trillion, and other valid regional income of IDR 702.84 billion.

Heru said that PAD's plan is expected to be obtained from regional taxes of Rp44.98 trillion, Regional Revenue of Rp666.76 billion, Results of Management of Separated Regional Assets of Rp634.39 billion, and Original Revenue of Other Regions of Rp4.21 trillion.

"Meanwhile, transfer income is expected at IDR 24.02 trillion, which comes from transfers from the Central Government and other legitimate Regional Revenues, which are expected at IDR 702.84 billion from grant income," he said.

Meanwhile, Heru continued, for regional spending on changes to the APBD for the 2024 budget year, it is planned to be IDR 76.29 trillion, an increase of 5.09 percent, compared to the determination of the APBD for the 2024 Fiscal Year of IDR 72.60 trillion rupiah.

"The regional spending plan consists of operating spending, capital expenditures, unexpected spending and transfer expenditures," he said.

Heru explained that the receipt of financing for changes to the APBD for the 2024 fiscal year which had been planned at IDR 10.25 trillion, this came from the Remaining Budget Calculation (SiLPA) the previous year of IDR 6.54 trillion and Regional Loan Revenue of IDR 3.71 trillion.

"The disbursement of financing is planned to be IDR 9.17 trillion, allocated to Regional Owned Enterprises in the form of regional capital participation of IDR 7.31 trillion and payment of principal debt installments due IDR 1.86 trillion," he said.
