Minister Of State Secretary: Many Ormas Want To Participate In The August 17 Ceremony At IKN
Minister of State Secretary (Mensesneg) Pratikno expressed high enthusiasm from various community organizations (ormas) to participate in the Commemoration Ceremony of the 79th Anniversary of the Republic of Indonesia in the capital city of Nusantara (IKN), East Kalimantan.
Many letters from various organizations were submitted to the Ministry of State Secretariat (Kemensetneg) to attend the event.
"Actually, there is an extraordinary desire to be present at IKN. I don't know the incoming letters. There are incoming letters from various organizations that we receive," said Pratikno.
Nevertheless, Pratikno emphasized that the presence of participants in the ceremony must be based on an official invitation from the Ministry of State Secretariat. This is because the limited place of ceremony and transportation, such as the aircraft available to transport participants to IKN. In addition, the lodging infrastructure around IKN is also not ready to receive many guests.
The Ministry of State Affairs will prioritize local communities around Penajam Paser Regency, East Kalimantan, as invited guests for this ceremony. "If the local community doesn't need the carrying capacity, for example, the plane, it's not easy, we think about it for him to be invited, but he can't attend because of the shortage of aircraft, there are no hotels ready there," said Pratikno.

Head of the Presidential Secretariat Heru Budi Hartono previously stated that the number of invited guests would be limited to 1,000 invitations in the morning, 1,000 invitations in the afternoon, and 380 invitations to play hall.
In addition, the Government will prepare a location at the Plaza Ceremony or IKN National Advertisement to accommodate 1,500 invitations to accommodate people who want to participate in the ceremony.
