VinFast Will Build 15 New Dealer Networks In Big Cities Indonesia Until August

JAKARTA - A Vietnamese producer, VinFast, continues to expand its expansion in Indonesia, the brand projects the opening of 15 new dealers from July 31 to August 31, 2024.

The expansion of this dealer network also reaffirms VinFast's commitment to continuing to provide high-quality products, competitive prices, and sales services for automotive lovers in Indonesia.

Later, VinFast's new dealers will target major cities, such as Jakarta, Yogyakarta, Malang, Sidoarjo, Bandung, Mojokerto, Surabaya, Bali, Batam to Makasar. Customers in the city will have the opportunity to feel the sensation of driving a VinFast electric car. Previously, VinFast had inaugurated his first dealer located in Depok, West Java.

"VinFast's rapid expansion in Indonesia clearly shows the importance of this market for us, dealers are designed to provide the best experience," said VinFast Indonesia CEO Temmy Wiradjaja, in his official statement, Monday, August 5.

He further revealed that VinFast dealers will also support customers as long as they own the car, including enjoying full-sales services and guarantees provided.

On the same occasion, Representative of Dealer VinFast Sumber Baru Yogyakarta Irawan Nurisman, said he was very proud to be one of the next batch dealers with VinFast.

" VinFast's strong commitment to Indonesian customers throughout the vehicle ownership process has built trust with us and facilitated this partnership," said Irawan.

As is known, VinFast currently officially launched two electric vehicle models, namely VF 5 and VF e34, in Indonesia, covering the two most popular segments, A and C, respectively.

Both models come with an attractive battery subscription policy, reducing ownership costs and making electric vehicles more accessible. VinFast also offers a remarkable after-sale policy, including 7 to 10 years of guarantees for vehicle bodies, 8 to 10 years for batteries, and free maintenance as well as battery replacement if battery charging capacity drops below 70 percent (for customers who choose battery subscriptions).
