SEA V League 2024 Results: Indonesian Women's Volleyball National Team Loses 0-3 Against Thailand
JAKARTA - The Indonesian Women's Volleyball national team started a bad journey in the 2024 SEA V League. They lost their first match against Thailand.
Megawati Hanggetri Pertiwi and her friends gave up with a landslide score of 0-3 (14-25, 20-25, 11-25) in the hands of the defending champion at Vinh Phuc Gymnasium, Friday, August 2, 2024, afternoon WIB.
In this match, Thailand appeared to dominate. In the first set of points they flowed with a lens, while Indonesia stalled.
Indonesia then gave a little resistance at the start of the second set. However, efforts to outperform Thailand did not happen at all.

Then Indonesia much more slumped in the third set. Megawati and her colleagues could not get out of the pressure so that the difference in points was so wide along the set.
This victory made Thailand temporarily lead the 2024 SEA V League Women's standings. Meanwhile, this defeat automatically forced Indonesia to occupy the caretaker position.
Indonesia will next face host Vietnam in Vinh Phuc on Saturday, August 3, 2024, evening. Thailand will meet the Philippines.
After that, Indonesia will play the last match against the Philippines, while Thailand meets Vietnam, the team they have stopped in the last three finals.
