More Than 100 Venture Vulnerables Support Kamala Harris Winning The 2024 US Presidential Election
JAKARTA - More than 100 venture capitalists have declared their support for the candidate for president (candidate) of the Democratic Party, Kamala Harris, in the 2024 United States Presidential Election contestation.
Citing CNBC News, the declaration of support for hundreds of venture capitalists was delivered on Wednesday, July 31 local time.
Claiming to be VC for Kamala, the group consists of investors and entrepreneurs from various established and newly emerging funds, as well as various demographics.
The group includes Vinod Khosla of Khosla Ventures, LinkedIn founder Reid Hoffman, Dallas Mavericks minority owner Mark Cuban, Cowboy Ventures founder total Lee, and Union Square Ventures partner Rebecca Kaden.
The support was conveyed after Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump received support from several members of the tech investment community in early June 2024.
The Democratic National Convention, which will be a place to ratify Democratic Party candidates by party officials, is scheduled to take place in Chicago, the state of Illinois, from August 19 to 22.
