PB We Urge The Eradication Of Fake Oli And Spare Part Producers

JAKARTA - General Chairperson of the Indonesian Young Activists Community (PB KAMI), Sultoni encouraged the Metro Jaya Police Chief, Inspector General (Pol) Karyoto and Banten Police Chief Inspector General (Pol) Suyudi Ario Seto to eradicate the circulation of oil and fake spare parts in their respective jurisdictions because they have deeply disturbed the public.

Sultoni hopes that Inspector General (Pol) Suyudi Ario Seto will make a breakthrough by revealing the producer and network of fake oil and spare parts.

"We appreciate the previous Banten Police Chief, Inspector General (Pol) Abdul Karim, who is currently promoted to Head of the Propam Division at the National Police Headquarters. Good performance reveals that the circulation of counterfeit oil needs to be continued," he said, in a written statement, Wednesday, July 31.

Sultoni explained, based on the internal investigations that have been carried out, there are still many fake oil factories currently operating in the Banten area.

"As stated in the PB KAMI demonstration at the Red and White House of the KPK RI, there are allegations that the consortium for making oil and fake spare parts is still operating in the Tangerang and Banten areas.

"This consortium is allegedly led by a businessman with the initials Y from PT NDK. For this reason, we encourage Polda Metro Jaya and Polda Banten to search and arrest unscrupulous oil and spare parts entrepreneurs who are still desperate to operate," he explained.

According to him, PT NDK, which allegedly owned by brother Y, carried out counterfeit oil and spare parts using the Honda brand (AHM).

"According to information from the public, the location for making fake oil and fake spare parts is at the Kosambi Blog G Central Warehouse, Number: 5, Tangerang City and warehouses in H1L Blocks, H1M, H6E, H6F, H6G, H3 Blocks, and Blocks L1, L2, and L6 areas located on Pantai Indah Dadap," he said.

He hopes that this location should be a concentration for law enforcers to carry out inspections and arrests of mafia makers of oil and fake spare parts.

"I will continue to monitor and report mafia makers of oil and fake spare parts to other law enforcers," he explained.

He emphasized that this law enforcement against perpetrators of criminal acts could endanger the lives of these motorists indiscriminately.

"The perpetrator must be severely punished, including if brother Y is proven to be an intellectual actor for counterfeit oil counterfeiting and fake spare parts because it has actually caused state and community losses," he concluded.
