Sarana Jaya Official Bima Priya Called By The KPK, Investigate Alleged Corruption In Land Acquisition In DKI Jakarta
JAKARTA - The Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) summoned the Director of Administration and Finance at Perumda Pembangunan Sarana Jaya, Bima Priya Santoso. He was summoned to investigate allegations of corruption in land acquisition in Munjul, Pondok Ranggon Urban Village, Cipayung, East Jakarta in 2019.
In addition, the KPK also summoned the private sector Rudy Hartono Iskandar as a witness. The examination of the two was carried out at the KPK's Red and White House, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta.
"The person concerned was summoned as a witness," said Acting KPK spokesman Ali Fikri in a written statement to journalists, Tuesday, March 23.
Ali did not explain what the investigators would study. However, both are suspected of knowing about the alleged corruption in land acquisition that is being investigated by the anti-corruption commission.
Previously reported, the KPK is currently investigating a corruption case related to land acquisition in Munjul, Pondok Ranggon Village, Cipayung, East Jakarta. This land will later be used to build houses with a down payment or DP Rp. 0, which is a program of DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan.
Although it has not been announced, based on the summons for a witness, in this case there are four suspects who have been named by the KPK. The first suspect is the Director of the Regional Public Company Pembangunan Sarana Jaya, Yoory Corneles, who has now been retired from his position.
In addition, the KPK also named two private parties Anja Runtuwene and Tommy Ardian as suspects. Not only that, the anti-graft commission also established a corporation, namely PT Adonara Propertindo.
